Kanesaka at Raffles was not just one of my favourites places to eat in Singapore,
but in the world. Although still helmed by Master Chef Koichiro Oshino, for me, they have lost a little of their character in the move but the
food, with fish flown in from Tokyo's Tsukiji market, is as wonderful as ever…
