The Hinds Head, Bray #MichelinStar

Some pictures from an excellent, hearty lunch at Heston’s pub.

Most impressed with the Hash of Snails, Curried Parsnips with Chestnut & Bacon and “Wassailing” Caramelised Butter Loaf with Apple. Least impressed with the colour of the yolk on their much celebrated Scotch Egg.
