When it first opened as ‘Rosylee
Tearooms’ the potential was there but I got the feeling that they didn’t quite
know what they wanted to be. Now under the guidance of staunch Manchester chef,
Rob Owen Brown, if my recent visit
is anything to go by, the newly named ‘Rosylee
Restaurant & Lounge’ has found its feet.
Taking a break from Christmas
shopping, we visited for a late lunch. A few people were tucking into the
Afternoon Tea, which looked good. As for our food, it was all good. Rosylee is
definitely a place we will be returning to in 2015.
