Generally, when I
write blog posts, the hope is that people will see the pictures of the food and
want to go and eat it for themselves. Sadly, this will not be the case for this
post… but do read on, for there is good news too!
Despite successfully
retaining a Michelin star since 2009, Chef Patron Richard Turner, is taking a
bold move by dispensing with tasting menus and some of the formality that
people assume goes hand in hand with this ‘type of food’, to re-launch as “Turners
at 69”, with plans to be more “relaxed” and “accessible”.
