Nestled in The Arches on Brighton’s seafront
with views of the West Pier, Murmur is
the sister restaurant to the fabulous 64 Degrees.
The name Murmur comes from
the word murmuration which is the shape that the starlings make when they flock
and fly between Brighton’s two piers, with their logo representing the six
arches in which the restaurant is located.
