Some pictures our lunch at Ormer Mayfair by Shaun Rankin - recently opened in Flemings Hotel. We were staying the hotel and took advantage of the soft launch offer which discounted the food bill by 50%. With a lot of old school charm, it’s definitely going to be one to watch. I hope to get back when they’re more established.
Poached Royal Bay Oysters – saffron linguine, caviar, lemon butter
Jersey Crab Salad – pear, lime, vanilla & peanut dressing
Roast Duck – foie gras, grapefruit, white cabbage, cobnuts, duck sauce
Lamb Loin – sweetbread, black garlic, broad beans, goat’s curd & honey agnolotti
Victoria Plum Soufflé – plum jellies, cinnamon ice cream
Passion Fruit Soufflé – bitter chocolate sorbet
