Run by a charming and highly skilled husband a wife team, Sushi Tetsu is one of London’s most authentic sushi counter restaurants. The 7 cover sushi-ya remains one of the hardest to book but Nobu alumni, Chef Toru Takahash’s passion and attention to detail make it well worth the effort.
